A third man from Sydney has been charged over the alleged shooting of a man in Dubbo last month.

Just before 11pm on November 23, emergency services were called to a house on Baird Street, Dubbo, following a concern for welfare report.
A 34-year-old man was found inside the home with a gunshot wound to his leg, wound to his face and lacerations to his arms.

Police were told two unknown people wearing face coverings, entered the home and assaulted the man before fleeing the scene.
The man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Dubbo Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Officers from Orana-Mid Western Police District, with the assistance of detectives attached to the State Crime Commands Robbery and Serious Crime Squad, commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Following inquiries, a 26-year-old man was arrested by detectives at Emerton in Sydneys west on November 24, and a 31-year-old man was arrested at Wilmot on November 26. They both remain before the courts.
About 10.30am on Friday, detectives from the Robbery and Serious Crime Squad, assisted by Raptor Squad Highway Patrol officers, arrested a 48-year-old man on North Parade at Rooty Hill.
He was taken to Mt Druitt Police Station and charged with specially aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence, discharge firearm or other loaded arms with intend to cause grievous bodily harm, wound person with intent to do grievous bodily harm, and participate in criminal group.
The man was refused bail and is expected to appear in Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.
