The Coonamble hotel is welcoming 70s rockers Al and The Buchaneers on Saturday, December 11 from 8pm.
"The band formed under the cover of COVID at the start of 2020 and we've kept busy ever since," Al Buchan said.
"We might have only played three gigs in all that time due to lockdowns, but I can assure you, we are ready to rock."
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
Al and The Buchaneers' new single will be out at Christmas. The video for it will be filmed at the Bucking Bull during their gig.
The band has played at the Gulgong RSL and at the Walcha Motorcycle Rally.
"In 2020 we released a cover of David Bowie's Heros in recognition of the unsung heroes of COVID - the truckies, farmers and supermarket staff who keep our country fed," Mr Buchan said.
"This year we released our cover of Elton John's Saturday Night's Alright as a lyric video by Mudgee film-makers, Eric Milne and Ed Bevege targeting Facebook fans."
Promoter Jim Guider said the band and the venue were a perfect match, and he expected the attendees to dance the night away.
