Jasmin Daley received the Skillset Joyce Hawkes Trainee of the Year, the School2Trade award went to Bronte Gibson and Renae Justice got the Skillset TradeUP Award.
Three Dubbo women have been recognised for their "phenomenal commitment" at the 2021 Skillset awards.
Jasmin Daley received the Skillset Joyce Hawkes Trainee of the Year, the School2Trade award went to Bronte Gibson and Renae Justice got the Skillset TradeUP Award.

Ms Daley was acknowledged for her passion for her community work and professional development.
Ms Daley completed a Certificate III in Community Services while being hosted with Orana Support Service. She also completed extra training during her traineeship in Family Group Conferencing and Domestic Violence Alert Training.
"I'm grateful for the acknowledgment of my achievements since being given this opportunity to start my journey in my chosen career," the Dubbo trainee said.
Orana Support Service operations manager Emily Johnstone said she was proud of Ms Daley's achievements.
"Jasmin is an asset to our team who continues to strive within her role and this award is an example of her hard work," she said.
The Skillset School2Trade award celebrates outstanding achievement for school students who also undertake on-the-job training one day a week with a local business during their studies.
Ms Gibson is currently studying a a Certificate III in Business with REDI.E, under a community program funded by UGL.
"This award has not only shown me that I am capable of the position I hold, but it also allows me to open many more doors in my future and has allowed me to create many relationships within not just my workplace but across NSW," she said.
Ms Justice works at Dubbo College Delroy Campus. Her award was designed to celebrate achievement and partnership in supporting Skillset's school-based programs TradeUp and Schools2Trade.
"It is a privilege to work alongside the staff from Skillset. Our awesome working relationship means we can assist more students to achieve their career goals. The connection of our students to industry has been invaluable and Skillset has been instrumental in developing those links," Ms Justice said of the TradeUp program.
"This award symbolises the importance of career education in our schools and the value of the role of a careers adviser to connect students to the world of work."
