- Hire one of two meeting rooms, with space for up to 14 people (charges apply for commercial use). Our large meeting room has a SMARTboard available for use.
- Book the Connect Room to use our technology to video chat with family and friends
- Print from home? Email your print job to the library, visit to collect and pay
- Access free Wi-Fi and computers, and use our printing, copying, scanning and fax facilities
- Pay fees and charges using Eftpos
- Use our assistive technology in the branch to make computing easier. We have a High Contrast Clevy Keyboard, Large Key Keyboard, and a large Trackball for easier mouse movements. Ask staff to view and use.
Drop in to read the local and national print newspapers and magazines, study in air conditioned comfort, or browse for new DVDs, fiction and non-fiction titles. Our friendly staff are happy to help if you need a reading or viewing recommendation.
For members who cannot get to the library, we offer a free contactless Book Express delivery service for residents living in the Dubbo and Wellington urban areas, and a free pickup service available from Dubbo and Wellington branches. To ensure the health and safety of customers and staff we have implemented measures to comply with the NSW Public Health Order, including check-ins, wearing face masks, social distancing, and proof of double vaccination upon entry. Our libraries are COVID Safe with NSW Health approved plans and procedures.

Our regular programs have returned including Storytime, Rhymetime, Code Club, Lego Club, and Book Club. Virtual Teen Book Club
Virtual Teen Book Club give your Teen the chance to connect, have fun and share their current favourite reads. Not reading anything at the moment? We've got some great recommendations!
