Labor will be atop the ballot paper order in the hotly contested Dubbo Central Ward at the upcoming NSW Local Government Elections next month.

The ballot paper draw was completed on Thursday after a lengthy delay due to some technical errors on the state electoral website.
In the Central Ward, Labor lead by current councillor Vicki Etheridge and Joe Knagge will be in Group A ahead of The Ben Shields Team led by it's namesake and Nathan Ellis.
Former mayor Mathew Dickerson will be the only Central Ward candidate without a group.
In the East Ward, The Ben Shields Team will be Group A, while the unnamed partnership between Lewis and Adele Burns will be in Group B.

Tatum Moore will lead off the individual candidates ahead of Damien Mahon, Rod Fardell and Ana Pateman.
The North Ward is shaping up to a popular one. Group A will be Labor, with Grahame Miller and Karina McLachlan in Group B as an independent group, before The Ben Shields Team reside in Group C.
Matthew Wright will lead of the individual group ahead of Mathew Smith and former mayor Greg Matthews.
Labor will again be in Group A this time in the South Ward with Joshua Black and Greg Hough as candidates.
The Ben Shields Team will be in Group B with Greg Mohr and Merrilyn Mulcahy as candidates, while Shibli Chowdhury will lead the individual section ahead of Kevin Parker.
The Wellington Ward will have Labor once again residing in Group A on the ballot paper ahead of The Ben Shields Team in Group B.
Current deputy mayor Anne Jones will be the first name in the individual section of the paper with Richard Ivey above Lizzy George on the sheet.
Candidates for the Local Government Election were finalised on Wednesday with pre-polling and iVote applications and voting set to open on Monday November 22. Pre-polling will close on Friday December 3 before the election the following day.
