Fraser was re-elected as chairman after the club had their AGM on Monday night and he was pretty honest when giving the reason as to why he will stick around again.
"Just the people in the club," he said.
CYMS were arguably the strongest club as whole in Group 11 this season with first grade finishing minor premiers as did the league tag and under 18s while the reserve grade side finished second on the ladder when the competition was abandoned with just a single round remaining before finals.
Fraser believes the club is in a very good spot heading into the 2022 and beyond.
"It is," he said.
"It's all very positive."
Fraser also confirmed Shawn Townsend will remain the first grade coach for the 2022 season while the other coaching spots are still yet to be finalised.
The 2022 season at this stage remains an unknown quantity with Group 11 and 10 set to combine in the inaugural Western Premiership competition.

However, several clubs in Group 11 including Nyngan and Narromine are against the decision to move into the combined competition.
Fraser said CYMS are in favour of moving to the new competition should it go ahead next season.
"I think it's going to happen anyway," he said.
"We've just got to see how it goes.
"The club has been looking for something for a while. So we are behind it moving forward."
NSW Rugby League will also introduce a player points index across all open aged competition in an attempt to encourage former professional players to return to the communities where their careers began such as Orange CYMS' captain-coach Daniel Mortimer who returned home following his retirement.
