Keeble will be travelling around Walgett Shire on her motorbike, which she has named Clamity Jane, stopping in Nundle, Tamworth, Lightning Ridge, Moree and Walcha.
While in town she is anticipating participants who will let her wield her magic on them, preferably one who has been 'dobbed in'- and don't worry, she comes prepared.
Pub locals in the Walgett Shire can also expect to see Keeble on the look out for some banter, and the 60 year-old-something 'granny' won't be mad if you pull her up for a chat.
"Nothing like a good old yarn and also my motorbike, known as Calamity Jane, is worth a look at," Keeble said.
"She is a showstopper.
"A highly customised Indian Vintage Chief.
"That steals the show every time."
Whilst touring Keeble will be producing a YouTube series that documents her adventures alongside her visit and she is hoping to include locals in the production.
"I set up some shots and hand people my cameras," she said.
"The locals are usually happy to oblige.
"All they have to do is point the camera.
"They don't have to touch anything."
The series will capture points of interest through enlisting local businesses and learning a little about each towns history.
Keeble offers an array of services from Mullet Makeover's for charity events to typical barber services such as head and facial trims, re-styles and close shaves, and she is more than willing to make venue appearances.
Part of her visit is also largely around brining trade and acknowledgment to the towns she visits.
"We all talk about mental health but no one is talking about community health," she said.
"I see this [the visits] as a way to help bring some trade and acknowledgement to town.
"The community feel a certain ownership to the concept as they helped 'find' the local [who will face the mullet makeover].
"Plus, I ride the terrific roads to these amazing destinations.
"It's a win win for everyone."
Residents can follow Keeble's journey via Youtube or the Barbering Biker website page which will also allow for donations to be made in sponsorship.
