A report on council's code of conduct complaints is among the items on the agenda at the extraordinary meeting on Thursday night.
The report shows there were 55 code of conduct complaints made about councillors between October 1, 2020, and September 30, 2021. It cost council $236,000 to address them.
Multiple allegations were included in the complaints, the report states, including one person who submitted eight complaints at once against a councillor.

Of those 55 complaints, 30 were referred to an external body and three of them were investigated.
Two of the code of conduct investigations are ongoing and one has been completed with no findings or recommendations.
The report also states: "during the reporting period, three complaints - along with the respective reports from conduct reviewers - were provided to the Independent Commission Against Corruption" and there were 24 matters referred to the Office of Local Government.
During the previous year, seven code of conduct complaints were made against council.
Those complaints cost a total of $40,413 to investigate.
