His sons have taken on a bigger role recently and that's positive news for everyone involved in the sport.
"It's exciting times at the club," Paramount president Charlie Whiteley said.
"We're in a very fortunate position to have Fin and Lleyton coaching at our club. I don't just mean we as a club, I mean as a tennis community in Dubbo.
"The juniors are in a very fortunate position. They're two of the best young players and as strong as any you'd find in regional NSW, and their coaching ability is equal to their playing ability.
"They' re fantastic coaches and fantastic with the kids. They've got great interaction and engagement and the kids really respond to their coaching. Their technical advice and coaching is fantastic but they make it an enjoyable experience and very encouraging.
"Having two young players coming through at our club is absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier to have them."
As well as the popular junior sessions for school-age players, Cardio Tennis seminars are also starting.
The response we've seen from juniors and regular comp players and members is really pleasing.

Cardio Tennis is more for adults and a great entry point for newcomers to the sport, with a focus on fun and fitness all while playing a variety of games.
"They're both on board and we're looking to offer more coaching opportunities," Whitely said.
"That Cardio Tennis is something we might offer three or four times a week in the evening or even before work, around 7am, for those who are keen and want to get out before work.
"We're looking to make the most of having Fin and Lleyton."
Paramount's spring competition starts next week and the A, B, and C Grade divisions will be played over three different nights.
Almost 30 teams, totalling roughly 120 players, will be involved across the three grades in the eight-week competition.
"The response we've seen from juniors and regular comp players and members is really pleasing," Whiteley said.
Only those who are fully vaccinated are able to play in the spring competition.
There's also plans to play the final three rounds of the Central West Cup now lockdown has ended.
The cup - featuring clubs from Dubbo, Bathurst, and Orange - was started this year but was brought to a halt by COVID.
The hope is to have the competition complete by the end of November.
