On Tuesday Business NSW regional manager Vicki Seccombe presented the newly-crowned 2021 Western NSW Business of the Year with its trophy.
The family-run company at Dubbo was announced the winner of the top honour at Friday night's Western NSW Business Awards.
Four days after the success at the event, held online due to COVID, the Ben Furney team is still celebrating.
The firm led by siblings Sarah Furney and Tim Furney also won the Excellence in Business category, in which there were seven finalists.
Ms Seccombe travelled to Dubbo to present the two trophies, and chief executive officer Ms Furney said it was a great moment.
"I guess it brought it all home, with virtual events this year it was a bit surreal up until seeing Vicki this morning," she said.
"So it was great to celebrate with the team and receive the trophies in hand."

Congratulatory messages have flowed since the win by the business, which employs between 70 and 80 people, an appreciative Ms Furney said.
"The local business community is a tight one, and it's been fantastic to receive the acknowledgement of our peers."
Winners of the 2021 Western NSW Business Awards will go on to represent the region at the state awards to be held in late November.
"Based on the calibre of this year's finalists, I expect that our regional winners will again do very well at the State Business Awards," Ms Seccombe said.
