Member for Dubbo Dugald Saunders announced Dubbo Regional has reached a 79.9 per cent double vaccination rate, just short of the 'magic number'.

"Dubbo is the on the brink of that magic 80 per cent double dose," Mr Saunders said.
The Dubbo Regional Council area also now has a 94.7 per cent vaccination rate for those who have received their first dose.
Dubbo itself has also yet again completed 24 hours with no new reported COVID-19 cases, while there have been four new cases in Wellington.
In the 24 hours to 8pm, Monday the Western NSW Local Health District has reported 11 additional COVID-19 cases.

Of the 11 cases, four are located in Wellington, four in Orange, one in Collarenebri and two in Walgett.
Of the Wellington cases, one was known to have been infectious in the community, two of the four Orange cases were also infectious in the community as well as the Collarenebri case.
Six cases remain under investigation, while one case is known to not have been infectious in the community. Across the region, there are 11 hospitalisations with three in intensive care units (ICU).
In the 24 hours to 8 pm Monday, 33 patients were released from the Care in the Community program, leaving 235 active cases in the region.
On Monday NSW Health also announced the state had reached a double vaccination rate of 74 per cent.
