Thunderstorms have been forecast across three days starting from Wednesday.
There's a 100 per cent chance of up to 45 mm of rain falling in the city on Wednesday, according to the Bureau of Meteorology's (BoM) seven-day forecast as of Tuesday morning.

The BoM was predicting a 100 per cent chance of up to 25 mm landing at Dubbo on Thursday.
On Friday there was a 90 per cent chance of up to 6mm of rain, followed by a 30 per cent chance of up to 0.4mm on Saturday.
Average rainfall at Dubbo during the month of September is 41.7mm.
At 9am on Tuesday morning the city had received a total of 19mm this month with the BoM forecasting a 50 per cent chance of rain during the day.
Rain was plentiful at Dubbo across the three months of winter 2021.
June produced 93.8mm, July 91.8mm and August 34mm.
Average rainfall for these months are 49.9mm, 43.3mm and 34mm, respectively.
