The Western NSW Local Health District area saw 21 cases, 11 of which were in Wellington. There is now pop-up testing at Wellington's Kennard Park, where over 200 tests were done on Saturday.
Wellington falls within the Dubbo LGA, but there were no new cases recorded in Dubbo itself. There were five cases in Cowra and five in Bourke.
Fifteen of the 21 cases were infectious while in the community. The total number of cases for the Western district is now 1172, and Dubbo has 808.

Seventeen people are in hospital, six are in ICU and three are ventilated.
At Sunday's COVID update NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the government was considering whether to wait until the state reaches the 80 per cent vaccination mark before allowing travel to regional areas.
"We're looking at when that should occur, we had foreshadowed it was likely to be at 70 per cent, it may well be at 80 per cent," Premier Berejiklian said. "We know there'll only be a few weeks between 70 and 80 and we'll confirm those arrangements this week.
"We want to make our opening as safe as possible and give businesses as much certainty as possible.
"One thing we're certain of, is we want all of Greater Sydney to be able to have access to the regions at the same time and therefore we need to pick the best time for that to occur."
Latest vaccination figures show 54.7 per cent of people in 'Dubbo Regional' are fully vaccinated and 88.9 per cent have received the first dose.
Meanwhile a 20-year-old Dubbo woman has been charged with breaching the Public Health Order after she was pulled over for a random breath test in Narromine, as part of Operation Stay at Home.
Police allege the P2 provisional driver returned a high range reading of 0.173, after she was pulled over on Dandaloo Street just before 11pm on Saturday. Her boyfriend and another friend were in the vehicle with her.
Her licence was suspended on the spot.
On Saturday, as part of the Operation Stay at Home, Orana Mid-Western Police issued five infringements, made 27 business inspections and 104 wellbeing visits.
