She made 50 cards for residents around Dubbo.
"I wrote on them, 'You are more precious to the world than you will ever know. Thinking of you. From Izzy'," she said.
On Thursday, Izzy delivered the cards into the mailboxes of the residents at Ingenia Gardens on Wheelers Lane.

"I felt excited and brave when I delivered them," she said.
"I was super excited that just as I finished putting them in the mailboxes someone was coming to collect their mail and they were about to discover my surprise I had just left them."
Her hope is to ease some of the loneliness the elderly may be experiencing.
Izzy herself is also missing her friends during lockdown, as well as swimming training with her squad.
Thankfully, she loves crafting. The card-making is not only adding a little bit of cheer into the lives of those who receive them, it's giving her something fun to do.
So, should other people be writing more letters and cards?
"Definitely! It makes people feel special," Izzy said.
The nine-year-old is already working on more cards to deliver to elderly residents across Dubbo.
