A woman whose driving was alerted to police by members of the public has been busted high-range drink-driving.

About 11pm on Thursday, police were notified about a blue utility driving around Cooinda Crescent, with its engine revving loudly and the driver yelling from within the vehicle.

Police later stopped a blue Ford Falcon near the intersection of Victoria Street and Depot Road.
Officers approached the 35-year-old female driver for a breath test when they noticed the front tyre was flat with damage on the bumper.
According to police, while they spoke with the woman, they noticed her eyes to be glazed, her speech was slurred and her movements were sluggish.
Following a positive roadside breath test she was taken back to Dubbo Police Station, where she later returned a breath analysis reading of 0.187.
She was charged with high-range drink-driving and her licence was immediately suspended. She will appear before Dubbo Local Court at a later date.
