According to police, officers activated their warning lights and Wilkson returned to the correct side of the road, before stopping in Whylandra Street.
In court documents, police said there was no parking space on the side of the road, and due to safety instructed Wilkinson to continue driving onto Baird Street.
Police approached the vehicle and said they could smell a strong scent of alcohol, despite Wilkinson wearing a face mask.
After returning a positive roadside breath test, Wilkinson told the officers she had consumed two drinks an hour before driving.
She was taken to Dubbo Police Station for further breath analysis, which returned an alcohol reading of 0.143.
In Dubbo Local Court Wilkinson pleaded guilty to mid-range drink-driving.
Defence lawyer David Hemsworth said Wilkinson had completed the PCYC traffic offenders program and was calm and compliant with police.
Magistrate Gary Wilson disqualified Wilkinson for three months, fined her $500 and ordered her to install an interlock device for 12-months.
