Wild Rocket is coming off a win at her home track only last week while Reward Seeker, who has won cups previously at Orange and Wellington, is second-up from a spell and ran fourth when first-up in the same Narromine race.
Dubbo trainer Kody Nestor is set to be the lone Dubbo hope after nominating Toulon Brook, the five-year-old gelding which won two starts back at his home track.
The cup is one of eight races to be run on Sunday.
"We're so excited to have this Country Showcase tag and as a bonus, there's a country maiden with $40,000 prizemoney that can only be won by country trainers," Grayson told Racing NSW.
"It's a really great initiative."
Final fields are released on Thursday.
