About 3.05pm on Sunday, officers attached to Dubbo Highway Patrol were conducting random breath testing on Wingewarra Street in Dubbo.
Police stopped a 20-year-old man on a motorbike, who returned a positive alcohol reading.

He was arrested and taken to Dubbo Police Station, where a breath analysis revealed a reading of 0.123.
The man was charged with mid-range PCA and was issued a licence suspension notice.
He will appear before Dubbo Local Court on September 8.
