The conference that was scheduled to start on August 31 in Dubbo has been moved to a virtual event because of the persisting risks of COVID-19 and the importance of minimising spread across regional NSW.
The annual general meeting will be delivered online on September 1 but there will be no motions due to the difficulties in convening a robust and dynamic debate.

NSW Farmers CEO Pete Arkle said its priority was the health and safety of its members and the wider community, which was why the board made the "difficult decision".
"We were hopeful we would be able to deliver a face-to-face event in 2021, however given the ongoing COVID transmission being observed, including the advent of cases and now lockdowns in regional NSW, it is clear this outbreak is ongoing and has the potential to quickly and unpredictably spread," Mr Arkle said.
"Sadly it's just not the time to be holding a big face-to-face event with farmers from across NSW."
