Two councillors from each ward will be elected to form Dubbo Regional Council.

Nominations for council will officially open on Monday.

Meanwhile, more than 150 jobs will be available in the Dubbo local government area to get through this year's election.
On election day alone, the NSW Electoral Commission is in need of 15 polling place managers, 15 deputy polling place managers, 11 declaration vote issuing officers and 110 election officials.
