Police have released CCTV footage as investigations continue into two jewellery store thefts in the state's west earlier this month.

About 6.30am on Sunday, July 4, police were called to Orana Mall in Dubbo after reports a car had slammed through the front entrance of the shopping centre.
It's believed when inside two people broke into Angus and Coote Jewellery store an stole an amount of jewellery, while a third person driving remained inside the silver Kia Sportage used to force entry to the shopping centre.
According to police those involved had targeted Angus and Coote in Orange around 11.15pm on Saturday night, before they headed toward Dubbo in the silver Kia hatchback believed to have been stolen from Hill End earlier that day.

Police confirmed the vehicle was later located in the driveway of a home on Elizabeth Street in Wellington, about 11.30am on Sunday.
The vehicle was seized and is undergoing forensic analysis.
CCTV footage from Orange depicts two unknown males smashing several glass display counters and taking a large quantity of jewellery.
Footage from Orana Mall in Dubbo also depicts the Kia hatchback used to smash glass entry doors into the centre and the roller door of a jewellery store.
The inside of the jewellery store was extensively damaged, with display cabinets smashed and jewellery stolen.
Detectives believe the same vehicle was used in both incidents and have now released CCTV to appeal for community assistance.
