Over the last few seasons, the Giants have become the powerhouse side in the Women's competition and are yet to lose a match this season.
These two sides also have a strong history after meeting in last seasons grand final.
Demons player Emily Warner feels the home side are eager to battle the defending premiers once again.

"I think we are pretty excited to play the Giants at home," she said.
"We haven't played them at home yet so I think everyone is really excited to have hopefully a good crowd and to play well against them."
Warner admitted the Giants have firepower across the field, which is what makes them such a tough match up.
"I think they've got just so much depth in their team," she said.
"They've good players all over the ground and they do play a very structured team game.
"So it makes them pretty tough to beat."
Dubbo are coming off a loss last week to Orange but Warner knows it could be a blessing in disguise for the side.
"I think it was probably a good learning curve for us,"
"It's good to sometimes have a loss and it gives you a fair few things to work on during the week and things you want to get better at.
"It's been a really good week as far as training goes, we've trained twice instead of just the once.
"The attitude at training has been great this week."
For the Demons to win, Warner believes there are some simple things they have to do.
"We've just got ran hard both ways,"
"Get good numbers as the contest, the Giants are very good at that.
"We just have to try and get in there to win that contested ball and if we do that then it's a really big step towards winning."
The Women's match will be in the middle of the Tier 1 and 2 Men's games.
The Tier 2 side will start the day against the Giants and will be looking to score a win after being defeated by the dominant Parkes Panthers last week.
Both the Giants and Dubbo sit with two wins to their names this season but the home side will a tough opponent for the visitors as many players are expected to line-up due to the ease of the match being local.
The Tier 1 side are starting to find their identity in the competition after a strong win over Orange last week.
However like their Women's side, the Giants Tier 1 team are very strong.
The visitors currently sit at the top of the ladder eight points clear of their rivals the Bathurst Bushrangers.
Dubbo were boosted by the returning trio of Matt Purse, Nathan Carroll and Mitch McKechnie last week.
As it is likely to be a wet weather game, the performance of Demons ruckman Tom Skinner could well swing the match in favour of Dubbo.
