It marks the third time the Dubbo outside back has been selected in the squad but she is yet to make her debut, something that could change later this year with revised dates for test matches yet to be announced.
"I'm pretty stoked about it," Mason-Spice said.
The 40 player squad was selected following the completion of the Super W season in which Mason-Spice along Dubbo teammate Kim Fyfe and Rebecca Smyth all featured for the ACT Brumbies who finished third in the tournament.

Mason-Spice said the tournament was different to previous years when she played for the NSW Waratahs who were the champions this season for a fourth consecutive year.
"I enjoyed being around the Brumbies girls," she said.
"It is a complete different environment and I suppose I showcased my skills in the first two games I got to play."
While the Westfund Ferguson Cup is a 10-a-side competition mainly, Mason-Spice is hoping the camp can expand her game into the 15-a-side format going forward.
"Just to develop myself as 15s player because I haven't really played much 15s," she said.
"I love 15s as well now but with 10s there is not really set positions with that sort of stuff.
"It's a bit harder to play centre and fullback in that but I'm stoked to be able to have a chance to play at the fullback position."
Mason-Spice is one of five Brumbies selected, while 20 Waratahs were also chosen and the Dubbo fullback admitted she was looking forward to seeing some familiar faces in camp.
"I know a lot of the faces," she said.
"I'm just pretty stoked to be going into camps with girls who have a lot more experience with the 15s and just rugby in general."
The Wallaroos were originally planned to play Samoa but the series was postponed due to COVID-19.
Now, the squad members will train for the next two months in the groups in their home state.
