The landholder reported losing nine sheep over the last three months and located remains of the animals in a paddock on the property on Thursday, June 24.
The sheep had been butchered with the usable parts of the animals removed.
While there is no confirmed link between the incidents, on June 16 this year several sheep carcasses were reported to have been discovered butchered and stripped of valuable meat cuts near Mudgee.
Police are urging anyone with information regarding the latest incident to contact Mendooran Police Station on 02 6841 8190 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 - email crimestoppers.com.au.
