Venues on the list on Thursday evening include PK Bakery, Chemist Warehouse, Best and Less and Coles at Dubbo Square.
Venues originally listed include Coles Express Petrol Station West Dubbo, Homestead Motel, Church Street Cafe and Dubbo Reading Cinema.
Church Street Cafe manager Errin Williamson said they are one of the venues which have been downgraded to casual contact after the six staff members who had been in isolation all received a negative COVID-19 test.
This means patrons who visited the cafe at the same time as the infected patrons are considered to be at lower risk of being infected than those considered to be a close contact.
"We are so happy about this and we are confident that our stringent COVID-safe policies and procedures have kept you and our team safe, healthy and happy," Mrs Williamson said.
Casual contact venues include Church Street Cafe, Coles Express Petrol Station, Best and Less, Chemist Warehouse, Homestead Motel and Coles at Dubbo Square.
Patrons who were at Dubbo Reading Cinema on Wednesday, June 2, to see the 6:30pm movie Wrath of a Man are considered close contacts as of Monday morning, June 14.
While patrons who were at the cinema at the same time to see a different movie are considered casual contacts.
Patrons who visited PK Bakery on Thursday, June 3 between 7:30am and 8:45am are also considered close contacts as of Monday morning, June 14.
Casual contacts must isolate until they receive a negative COVID test, while close contacts must isolate for 14 days regardless of their test result.
On Monday NSW Health confirmed there had been no new locally-acquired COVID-19 cases for NSW in the 24 hours to 8pm Sunday.
