Councillors voted on Monday night to lift the restrictions with Director of Infrastructure Julian Geddes thanking the community for their cooperation during the past two years.
Council implemented water restrictions on June 1, 2019.
"While the water restrictions may have eased, DRC is still urging residents to be wise with our water.

"We have learnt that water is a precious resource and without it can be devastating for our region and for communities downstream, so we are asking the everyone to be mindful when they turn on the tap," Mr Geddes said.
"DRC is still encouraging people to be responsible when using water around the home or office. Ideally it would be great to see residents follow a guide of approximately 380 - 400 litres per person per day."
Burrendong Dam levels have increased from 24.45 per cent in July 2020 to the current 57 per cent, following rain in March 2021.
