Investigations are under way after a woman died following a crash near Dunedoo on Tuesday morning.

About 10.30am emergency services were called after a car and a truck collided at the intersection of Fairfield Road and the Golden Highway near Dunedoo, about 90km west of Dubbo.
The female driver of the car died at the scene.

The male truck driver has been taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene has been established as investigations get under way by officers from the Orana Mid-Western Police District, and officers from the Crash Investigation Unit.
The highway is closed between Wargundy Street and the Castlereagh Highway.
Diversions are in place at The Golden Highway, the intersection of Castlereagh Highway, about 15km east of Dunedoo, and the Castlereagh Highway and Mendooran Road.
Eastbound and westbound motorists are diverting via Gulgong and Goolma, using the Castlereagh Highway, Goolma Road, Gollan Road and Cobbora Road.
This diversion is suitable for all vehicles, however, motorists are advised to allow around an extra two hours' travel time.
Emergency services and traffic crews are at the scene.
