On Sunday, May 16, early risers were met by minus 2.5 degrees Celsius.
The top temperature at Dubbo that day was 15.8 degrees.
The average minimum and maximum temperatures at Dubbo during May are 6.5 and 20.1 degrees.

Average minimum and maximum temperatures at Dubbo during June are 4.4 and 16.4 degrees, July 3 and 15.6 degrees and August 17.5 and 3.1 degrees.
The three-day show coincided with a cold snap in the city.
On its first day, May 14, temperatures ranged from 3.1 to 16.6 degrees.
Residents woke to an above-average 10.1 degrees on May 15 when the top temperature reached 17 degrees.
Cooler-than-normal temperatures continued for two days after the show.
On Monday the early morning and top temperatures were minus 1.9 and 18.2 degrees.
The temperature ranged from 0.3 to 19 degrees on Tuesday.
The Bureau of Meteorology's (BoM) seven-day forecast for Dubbo as of Friday promised mostly autumnal weather.
Minimum temperatures from Sunday to Wednesday will range from 7 to 8 degrees.
Maximum temperatures from Saturday to Tuesday will range from 21 to 22 degrees.
The BoM is forecasting a 40 per cent chance of up to 1 millimetre (mm) of rain falling on Wednesday.
On Friday a total of 20.6mm of rain had fallen this month, none of it since May 10.
Average rainfall at Dubbo in May is 38.8mm.
