The NSW resident won $50,189.40 on Monday, but their identity will remain a secret as they've chosen to stay private.
Club Dubbo bar manager Gavin Williams said he was very excited for their latest winner.
"We sold a major Keno prize winning entry in October," Mr Williams said.
