A woman had been upset about unrelated matters when Tony Clevin asked her what was wrong about 9.50am on May 3.
The woman didn't want to talk about it when, according to police, Clevin began pushing the matter and a verbal argument broke out.
The woman walked out to the back verandah and sat on the step to remove herself from the argument, before Clevin stood directly behind her and continued to yell at her.

The woman ignored him for several minutes before she felt Clevin's foot strike her in the back below her neck. According to police she was shocked, but felt immediate pain to her upper back.
The woman stood up facing Clevin and punched him with a closed fist five times in self defence.
She then immediately told a witness "Tony just kicked me in the f---ing back" before leaving the room continuing to argue with Clevin.
The witness was on the phone with someone when they both heard the woman screaming.
Clevin walked to the front of the property and began yelling at the woman and the witness telling them to "get out of my house" and "youse don't pay rent".
Police arrived and took statements from all three. Clevin was walked to the rear of the police vehicle and told officers he had kicked the woman.
In Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday, Clevin pleaded guilty to one count of common assault.
Defence lawyer Molly Bland said it was the first criminal matter on Clevin's record and while it wasn't at the lowest end of offending, he had entered an early plea of guilt and made full admissions to police.
Ms Bland said Clevin said he "feels really bad" and had since apologised.
Magistrate Gary Wilson convicted and sentenced him to a conditional release order to be of good behaviour for six months.
"Hopefully that sort of behaviour won't happen again," Magistrate Wilson said.
