Dundullimal Homestead's convict heritage - National Trust (NSW)
The library is offering a second session of the Dundullimal Homestead talks due to popular demand. Many of the people who worked at Dundullimal Homestead in the 1800s were convicts or former convicts. Discover and learn some of their fortunate and unfortunate stories. Talk by Karlyn Robinson. National Simultaneous Storytime at Wellington and Dubbo.
Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country. NSS is a fun special event that aims to promote the value of reading and literacy. This year we are reading Give Me Some Space by Philip Bunting.
