Earlier this week, Dubbo and district residents were told they had until Thursday afternoon to redeem the vouchers at the show office.
Alternatively, they can do so at 123Tix.com.au up until Sunday afternoon.
The opening of the show on Friday will mark two years since residents experienced the fun and excitement of the event after COVID forced the cancellation of the 2020 version.
Mrs Hood said the cancellation of last year's show had energised the public and volunteers, who were putting in long hours at Dubbo Showground on the corner of Wingewarra and Fitzroy streets.
The 2021 show will be officially opened by former NSW Rural Fire Service commissioner and now head of Resilience NSW Shane Fitzsimmons at 3pm on Saturday at the showground grandstand.
It will include the naming of the 2021 Dubbo Showgirl and be preceded by the Bob Berry Real Estate Grand Parade at 2.30pm.
Special guests at the official opening will also include NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller and Volunteer Rescue Association Commissioner Mark Gibson.
Mr Fitzsimmons is expected to thank first-responders in his official address.
