More than 60 kids will take to the stage for three performances, with seven students to feature in lead roles, while bringing the work of students behind the scenes to fruition.
Musical director Michelle O'Callaghan said Dubbo College campuses collaborate every three years to bring to life a new musical.
"This musical will feature all songs from Queen," Mrs O'Callaghan said.
"The production is also scripted by Ben Elton who is a hilarious comedian from the UK."
Mrs O'Callaghan said the musical is a whole-college collaboration with students also working behind the scenes with hair and makeup, sound and lighting, visuals, as well as the design, construction and production of stage props and costumes.
Mrs O'Callaghan is also excited for audiences to see lead performers Logan Windsor and Amelia Sanders live.
"[Amelia] is a stunning singer," Mrs O'Callaghan said.
Miss Sanders said she is excited, particularly for her solo.
"I'm excited for people to see my solo and also my entrance which is right at the start," she said.

Mr Windsor said he can't wait to see his parents reactions.
"I want to show them what I'm made of, what I can do," Mr Windsor said.
"I can sing, I can dance...Well... maybe not the dancing."
The musical will be held at Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre on Wednesday, June 2 at 12pm and 7pm, and Thursday, June 3 at 7pm. Tickets can be purchased at drtcc.com.au.
