The Mums & Co co-founder is hoping to change that with the upcoming Be MPowered conference, designed specifically for mothers who run their own businesses.
"It's about helping business women with connections, building their confidence and it's a day to nurture their mumbition - the unapologetic blending of motherhood and ambition," Ms Kwan said.
The conference includes eight sessions focusing on a mix of business and wellbeing topics. Buy from the Bush's Grace Brennan is on the list of keynote speakers, as well as athlete Turia Pitt, marketing strategist Katrina McCarter and author Delia McCabe.

Be Mpowered will be held on June 2. The hybrid event can be access online, or there will be a chance to have an in-person meet-up at The Exchange.
Dubbo is one of four hubs for the conference, and the only located in a regional area.
"Women are really time poor and they have a huge mental load," Ms Kwan said.
"These sessions are snackable - they last about 20 minutes including a live Q&A - and it's held during the hours of 10am and 2pm so you can do the school drop-off and pick-up if you need to."
"There are a lot of amazing women setting up businesses, taking a step into the unknown. And we find if they have the technical skills, and they have the right networks, there's a huge opportunity [for them to succeed]," Ms Kwan said.
Tickets for Be MPowered are $130 and can be purchased via the Mums & Co website.
