The sisters are prominent identities on the local scene, particularly through their racing photography, but they are also the breeders and owners of Oh One Job.
The three-year-old filly, trained and driven by Mat Rue, scored her first win in dominant fashion in Sunday's WIN Network Maiden Pace (1680m).
"I'm really happy with the win for the Coffee girls," Rue said.
"We've been through so much with this horse, but we've come through the other side and today was a great race to win, especially in the manner we did.
"It's always particularly satisfying breeding the winner...and nothing comes for free, so big congrats to the girls."

Oh One Job is just the second horse the Coffees have bred and the first to make it to the track.
The win at Forbes may not be the last for the filly as she's quickly showcased plenty of potential.
Prior to Sunday's victory Oh One Job had run second on debut at Young last month.
The result wasn't the only victory with a connection to Dubbo at Forbes.
While the Coffees were celebrating after the first race, trainer Barry Lew saluted in the day's last event.
Lew saw Dazzle Me win the Forbes Livestock and Agency Co/ Walkers Ag N Vet Pace (2060m).
The narrow win, secured by just a win, was the five-year-old gelding's ninth in 27 starts.
