Dubbo Regional Council hopes local businesses can show NRL spirit

Dubbo businesses are being urged to get into the football spirit over the coming weeks in the lead up to the city's first NRL match between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Penrith Panthers on Sunday May 23.
