A man was lucky to escape from an accident with only minor injuries near Dubbo on Sunday morning, after he was hit by a vehicle on a private property.

Emergency services responded to a report of a man in his 30s being hit by a vehicle at a private property on Bencubbin Drive, about 10 minutes outside of Dubbo, just after 11am on Sunday morning.

While the details of the incident were not entirely confirmed, it appeared as though he had fallen from the vehicle and into its path.
NSW Ambulance paramedics assessed and treated the man at the scene, before he was transported to Dubbo Hospital in a stable condition, with only minor injuries.
