The Dubbo-based online ticketing provider has integrated the state government program into its platform.

As of last week, customers can have their Discover NSW vouchers verified and redeemed through 123 Tix.

Mr Wilcher is telling of the convenience it will offer and encouraging participating businesses to reach out.

"Any business that has registered and we don't know you've registered then you should certainly get in touch with us because we can get you on board and have people redeem vouchers," he said.

"Because the government is offering the two $25 vouchers per person, and they obviously clearly want people to use them, and organisers now have an avenue to make that work."

Mr Wilcher said the system was set up so there were no delays to businesses.

"What happens is, when a consumer buys a ticket, and let's say the value of the ticket is $25, that money goes directly from Service NSW to that organiser," he said.

"So it doesn't come via us, it actually goes directly to that organiser to go straight into that bank account, they've got access to that money really quickly."

The 123 Tix founder said they had been working on the project for about six weeks, and had gone through an approval process, and went live early last week.

The system was in place as the Dubbo business covered "the whole ticketing process" for the Hawkesbury Show on April 23-25, one of the state's largest agricultural shows.

"The redemption was a large sum of money that the Hawkesbury Show was able to redeem and allow people to go in," Mr Wilcher said.

The director said 123 Tix records indicated the event attracted 75,000 people, significantly more than the 60,000 people he believed organisers had been hoping for.

The job also broke the Dubbo business's record for how many tickets it had sold to one event, he said.

Mr Wilcher advises that the vouchers of multiple people can be combined for one transaction on his site.

"You can't claim the two vouchers you have yourself in one transaction, but you can, so you might have a family of four... and you can get up to $100 in one transaction," he said.

"So a husband and wife team, you've got $50 that they can spend in one transaction...

"One voucher per person per day, but you can have multiple vouchers."

The integration marks another step forward for the platform, built by Mr Wilcher in 2014, and which he says started grabbing "traction" in about 2018.

"Back then if we sold maybe 1000 tickets that was a really big event for us," he said.

The site continues to be upgraded and improved.

"...even since we sold tickets to the Rabbitohs game, which obviously everyone knew that there was such high demand for that game, it caused a bit of an issue for us, but we've since rectified that quite quickly and we could do that game again easily," he said.

Dubbo MP Dugald Saunders reports 123 Tix is one of the first online ticketing providers to integrate the vouchers into its platform.

"Service NSW actually reached out to 123 Tix, inviting them to partner with the NSW government in rolling out the Dine & Discover vouchers," he said.

"Those of us who live in regional NSW know full well that our businesses are some of the most innovative and agile anywhere in the world.

"It's great to see a local business setting the example for the rest of NSW."
