Miss Croft now joins the honour board of other recipients recognised for their exemplary work in community service or for helping those in need.
Brett McCarthy, former president of the Rotary Club of Dubbo South, had the honour of presenting the award.
"When you look at the PHF honour board, you typically see names of people who are two or three times the age of Molly," Mr McCarthy said.
"But, at only 14 years of age, the club believed that Molly has already made a significant contribution to our community."
Although surprised, Miss Croft said she was incredibly proud to have received the award.
"I don't do any of the things I do for accolades, but I am aware of the significance of the Paul Harris Fellowship and I am very happy to have this honour bestowed on me," she said.
