Students from across Dubbo schools will have the opportunity to run in a film competition being held statewide by the NSW Department of Education.

The competition is open to all years, kindergarten through to year 12.
School submissions can be made as class entries, individual student entries or groups entries upon approval by the school principal.
The theme of the film will be "make every day count" and each film should run no longer than three minutes. Make Every Day Count should focus on student attendance and the possible reasons why attendance is important and what reasons may cause poor attendance.
