Since Sunday, April 18, there has been a run of below-average morning temperatures in the city.
Sunday's minimum temperature was 5.8 degrees Celsius, Monday's 1.4 degrees, Tuesday's 1.7 degrees, Wednesday's 4.7 degrees, Thursday's minus 0.9 degrees and Friday's minus 0.4 degrees.

All minimum temperatures since Sunday have been below the average of 10.4 degrees for Dubbo during April and more like those experienced in winter.
The average minimum temperature at Dubbo during the month of June is 4.4 degrees, July 3 degrees and August 3.1 degrees.
The Bureau of Meteorology's (BoM) seven-day forecast for Dubbo as of Friday morning promises warmer but still below-average morning temperatures.
Morning temperatures on Saturday and Sunday will be 2 degrees and 3 degrees, respectively.
On both Monday and Tuesday residents of the city will wake to 6 degrees followed by 7 degrees on Wednesday and 8 degrees on Thursday.
Daytime temperatures have been below the April average of 24.9 degrees since Thursday, April 15.
They have ranged from 24.7 degrees on April 15 to 18.5 degrees on Thursday, April 22.
The BoM's seven-day forecast as of Friday shows top temperatures rising but staying below average.
On Saturday the daytime temperature is predicted to be 21 degrees, Sunday and Monday 22 degrees, Tuesday and Wednesday 23 degrees and Thursday 24 degrees.
Rain remains elusive at Dubbo this month.
A total of 1.8 millimetres (mm) of rain had been collected in the automatic weather station at Dubbo City Regional Airport this April as of Friday morning.
The BoM has recorded 1mm of rain in the 24 hours to 9am on Thursday, April 8.
Another 0.8mm was recorded in the 24 hours to 9am on Saturday, April 10.
The BoM is forecasting a 10 per cent chance of rain on Thursday.
Burrendong Dam near Wellington was at 56.8 per cent of capacity as of April 22 after plentiful rain in its catchment during March.
