Given the changes at Dubbo CYMS during the past year, you could understand is new coach Shawn Townsend was still trying to figure out his squad for the 2021 Group 11 season.

But that's far from the case and Townsend is happy with the group he's got and has all but chosen his side for the Fishies' Group 11 opener against Parkes on May 2.
The CYMS side which runs out against the Spacemen will be vastly different to the one which took part in last year's Presidents Cup while Western Rams representatives Jack and Wade Kavanagh have also departed the club for Group 11 rivals.
But an experienced core group - featuring Powyer, Jyie Chapman, Alex Bonham, Ben Marlin, and Billy Sing - remains while a strong group of younger players is set to be given a chance after impressing in the pre-season Western under 21s competition.

"We're good to go," Townsend said.
"I'm pretty settled one-to-16. It's how I use my bench. Whether I go with an extra forward or a utility.
"It will chop and change depending on we play so I'm pretty settled."
Brad Pickering is back this season and adds another option for the a backline which is also boosted by the presence of Josh Toole and Jeremy Thurston.
Chapman and Corey Drew are regulars who will return in the backs.
Alex Bonham will be in the halves again, while Jack Smith and Craig McLean have arrived at the club and will also push to partner the Western representative.
There's plenty of power in the forwards with Powyer, Marlin, and Sing having all won premierships while Brydon Ramien and James Stanley are new additions who will provide plenty of punch.
Throw in the consistent Mark Merritt, Jayden Merritt, and Hamish Astill and all the pieces appear to be there for Townsend.
Dubbo CYMS will hold its season launch on Friday night before many also get together on Sunday to attend the ANZAC Day dawn service ceremony.
A training run will be held following that as Townsend works to put the final touches on his side ahead of the battle with Parkes.
CYMS haven't been at work during pre-season as long as some of their rivals, with things only stepping up in recent weeks with all players back on deck and the under 21s joining the senior ranks.
Some of those youngsters have caught the eye, with the coach singling out Joe Yeo, Calub Cook, Kyjuan Crawford, and Tom Stimpson as players who have impressed during training.
There's no denying the talent within the Fishies' lineup - the club has played in the past nine Group 11 grand finals - but it's the little things which matter to Townsend.
"All we want to do is not get beaten on effort," the coach said.
"It will be all about our little habits in defence and when we have the ball.
"We don't want to get beaten on effort so if we can do that we'll be right and we'll put ourselves in the game."
