Candice Hazell, 33, appeared via video link in Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday, where she pleaded guilty to 10 of 11 charges.
According to court documents, it's alleged Hazell was spotted speeding in a red Ford focus toward the grounds of the Narromine Turf Club about 5.10pm on April 20.
It's alleged a 58-year-old person saw Hazell drive toward her and allegedly performed four "doughnuts" on the grass before accelerating harshly along a dirt road when she later crashed into a metal fence post.

According to police statements presented to the court, Hazell then allegedly drove off in a "zig-zag" motion and entered a nearby property on Tomingley Road when residents came out to investigate. Police said she allegedly accelerated harshly toward a woman, her husband and dogs. The couple jumped out of the way to avoid being hit.
Hazell then allegedly continued to drive along another dirt road at another vehicle, which according to police, had to take evasive action to avoid a collision.
A woman closed the gate to the Turf Club to prevent Hazell entering.
Hazell then exited the vehicle and yelled at the woman to open the gates before punching her several times in the face and upper body, causing a cut to the woman's lower lip, police allege.
As the victim pulled out her phone to call police, Hazell allegedly took the phone and attempted to flee.
Police said Hazell was detained by members of the public and the phone was recovered.
When officers arrived, Hazell appeared to be well affected by alcohol and other substances. Police alleged she had stolen a bottle of Makers Mark bourbon from Liquorland earlier that afternoon, which was discovered unopen.
As officers attempted to arrest her, Hazell tensed her arms and lunged forward at a male police sergeant before she allegedly spat at him.
Hazell refused to provide a breath test and was taken to Dubbo Hospital for blood and urine samples.
As she was taken to Dubbo Police Station, court documents allege, Hazell was being escorted up the corridor when she turned her head and again spat directly in the face of the sergeant, with spittles striking him on the glasses and both cheeks.
Hazell was charged with 11 offences including, shoplifting, drive recklessly and furiously, common assault, drive motor vehicle menaces another with intent, larceny, refuse to submit a breath test, not give particulars to the owner of damaged property, two counts of resisting an officer in the execution of duty and two counts of assaulting an officer in the execution of duty.
In Dubbo Local court Hazell pleaded guilty to all charges, except drive motor vehicle menaces another with intent, and applied for bail.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Monica Howard opposed bail due to the seriousness of the offences, and the danger she said Hazell posed to the community.
The court heard Hazell was on a community corrections order that was imposed last year, for similar offending against police.
"Anyone who comes in the way of her seems to cop it," Sergeant Howard said.
Defence lawyer Carmen McKay said Hazell had strong ties to the community, and had real prospects of rehabilitation.
"She's distraught. She has very little recollection of those events," she said.
Magistrate Gary Wilson granted Hazell bail but ordered her to be of good behaviour and imposed a curfew not to leave her premises without the company of her mother.
She was also ordered to abstain from alcohol and drugs, and not occupy the drivers seat of a vehicle.
Magistrate Wilson ordered a sentencing assessment report and the matter will return to court on June 7.
