Andy Caldin saw the group last week when he took his six-year-old son to the skate park on the corner of Talbragar and Gipps Street.
"They were very courteous and considerate of him (my son) and the other little boys who were there," Mr Caldin said.

Using a dustpan and cordless leaf blower, the group cleaned up all the smashed glass and other rubbish which could have been harmful to those wishing to use the facilities.
"I thought this was really great of them and shows that not all 'skater types' vandalise and leave rubbish at the skate park," Mr Caldin added.
