A Dubbo couple who allegedly threatened a family and their baby with a shortened gun in one of two car-jackings during a 200-kilometre police chase between Goulbourn and Paramatta, have been refused bail.

Police allege Aiden Shane Osborne, 33, and Krystal May Carr, 31, were spotted speeding down the Federal Highway, south of Goulburn, in their Toyota Hilux about 4.10pm on Saturday afternoon.
Checks revealed the utility had been reported stolen from Molong on Friday, and a pursuit was initiated after the driver allegedly failed to stop when directed and instead accelerated away from police.

They were followed and a short time later road spikes were deployed south of Marulan, puncturing the front tyre of the ute; however, the driver continued to Brayton Road when he and a female passenger got out and allegedly threatened a couple and their baby with a shortened firearm.
Osbourne and Carr got into the family's Ford Territory and drove it back onto the Hume Highway, heading north. The SUV was then driven to a service station at Sutton Forest, where it crashed into a guard rail.
Police will allege the the pair then approached a black Ford Focus at the service station, threatening a woman and two teenage girls with the firearm before stealing their car.
About 4.30pm, the car was seen on the Hume Highway at Yanderra (north of Mittagong). Officers initiated a short pursuit but it was again terminated due to safety concerns.
Police will allege about 5.45pm, the car was being driven along Narellan Road, Mount Annan, where it was involved in a collision with three other cars before leaving the scene.
About 6.45pm, PolAir tracked the car to Irving Street, Parramatta, where officers from Parramatta Police Area Command, the Public Order and Riot Squad and the Dog Unit arrested the pair, who were taken to Parramatta Police Station. Officers also recovered a shortened firearm.
The couple has now been charged with multiple offences.
Osbourne was charged with 10 offences, including: Robbery while armed with dangerous weapon (two counts); possess shortened firearm without authority; threaten injure person in company with intent indictable offence (two counts); drive motor vehicle during disqualification period; drive recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous; police pursuit - not stop - drive dangerously (two counts); speeding.
Carr was charged with five offences including: Robbery while armed with dangerous weapon in company (two counts); threaten injury to person with intent commit indictable offence (two counts); common assault.
Osbourne and Carr, who are both from Dubbo, did not apply for bail when their matters were heard in Paramatta Local Court on Sunday.
Both were formally refused bail and are remanded to appear in Paramatta Local Court on May 17.
Carr was on bail for another matter, and her bail was revoked. This matter is expected to return to Dubbo Local Court on April 22.
