It was launched on Thursday by the not-for-profit Continence Foundation of Australia in support of the five million Australians of all ages suffering from incontinence.
The foundation is asking people travelling in the regions this Easter and beyond to register the location of public toilets on The National Public Toilet Map, "a real- time and reliable map of public toilets across the country".
It is funded by the federal Health Department as part of the National Continence Program.

More than two million searches for public toilets are carried out on the map annually.
It includes the locations of more than 19,000 toilets along with information such as opening hours and wheelchair access.
The foundation reports that the map gives people the confidence to "go about their lives, feeling supported".
They include people living with a variety of health conditions, expectant or new mothers, the elderly, families with young children, grey nomads and day trippers.
"The fear of not having access to toilets in public can restrict, and even stop, people from leaving their home for everyday activities," the foundation's chief executive officer Rowan Cockerell said.
The foundation contends there are "thousands of regional toilets across Australia" yet to be included on the map.
"There are small towns, bigger regional areas, parks and service stations, not to mention new builds of community centres and play areas that are coming online all the time," Mr Cockerell said.
"We are keen for people to share local knowledge to support Australians living with continence issues."
The foundation is inviting all Australians to join the Great Dunny Hunt by finding regional public toilets, uploading the details and going in the draw to win one of three $500 Eftpos vouchers.
Go to www.toiletmap.gov.au or find the app on Google Play or the App store.
Multiple public toilets at Dubbo are on the map.
The foundation is the national peak body for bladder and bowel health.
It provides information, support and resources for individuals, carers and professionals.
