He has expressed remorse
- Defence lawyer, Simon Colyer
Police said Williams had become angry and claimed a man "started on him", before the 19-year-old went on the smashing spree.
In Dubbo Local Court of Wednesday Williams pleaded guilty to one count of destroy or damage property.
Defence lawyer Simon Colyer told the court Williams showed "poor judgement" and was intoxicated when he smashed the windows.
"He has expressed remorse," Mr Colyer said.
"He unfortunately has not provided any apology to the victim."
Police prosecutor Sergeant Edward Knight told the court Williams' behaviour was estimated to have cost the complainant $4750 and Housing Services NSW about $1880.
Mr Colyer said an itemised account had been requested but not received.
Magistrate Gary Wilson asked that the account to be provided within seven days and adjourned the matter to March 24.
