While in line to get tickets for the NRL South Sydney Rabbitohs and Penrith Panthers, the website went down, showing a message that said 'this page isn't working'.
In a post on Facebook, 123 Tix thanked the public for its patience.
"Our servers are currently experiencing issues and we are working resolving the site as soon as we can. We thank you for your patience while our technicians are working on this matter," the post said.
The Rabbitohs announced in October of last year they would be playing NRL matches in Dubbo in 2021 and 2022.
