I am the last house in pebble beach drive and have a small turning circle in front of my house.
The rubbish collectors find it difficult the turn in such a small space.
I have been in contact with Rod Pilon the person in charge of this project, on a least five occasions since early January this year, the 'ample parking in Pebble Beach Drive' stated in their first proposal on the council web site.
I cannot get an answer, the response is put your concerns in writing.
That won't change the lack of parking.
Also the nearest toilet facility is in the Delroy Park Shopping Centre approximately 2kms away. The council response was 'other playgrounds in Dubbo don't have any' ??
The council are spending approximately $300k on this project, great idea, but the 'ample parking' is only in front of people's houses in the narrow Pebble Beach Drive.
Still no answer on the 'ample parking'.
Rod Pilon stated 'we want people to walk there' ?
