It's been confirmed a man who was thrown from his motorcycle after a collision with a car on Monday night remains in a stable condition at Dubbo hospital, after being transported there following the accident.

The man, in his 20s, was transported to hospital after emergency services responded to reports of a motorbike and car colliding on Thompson Street in Dubbo at about 8.45pm on Monday.
He was conscious and breathing while being treated on site by NSW Ambulance paramedics and was in a stable condition when they transported him to hospital, although his injuries were reportedly significant.
Western NSW Local Health District confirmed on Tuesday morning the man remains in a stable condition at Dubbo.
NSW Police also responded to the call and are investigating the accident.
